Patients complete an initial medical intake, which is reviewed by a licensed healthcare provider. Depending on the patient's medical needs and the laws of the patient's state of residence, the provider may require additional communication, including a synchronous telephone or video consultation, before determining whether treatment is appropriate. Prescriptions are issued only when clinically appropriate and in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.

Upon approval, your prescription is transmitted directly to our licensed 503A pharmacy partner. Our pharmacy partners operate under applicable state and federal standards for compounding, with manufacturing standards that exceed what standard retail pharmacies are required to meet.

Prescriptions are fulfilled by VialsRx, a licensed 503A pharmacy. 503A outsourcing facilities are FDA-registered and subject to federal Current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) standards. 503A pharmacies compound pursuant to individual patient prescriptions. Both pathways are used depending on the specific medication and clinical context.
Yes. All plans are billed monthly with no long-term contracts. Cancel anytime from your member dashboard. No phone calls, no runaround. Your provider will be notified and manage any taper or transition protocol if clinically warranted.
Message your provider directly through the portal. Essential and Legacy tier members receive same-day or priority response. For urgent medical concerns, contact emergency services. AnthologyRX is not an emergency medical service. Your provider can adjust dosing, pause, or discontinue your protocol at any time.
All health data is handled under full HIPAA compliance. AnthologyRX maintains a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with all platform and storage partners. Your intake, lab results, and provider communications are encrypted at rest and in transit. We do not sell or share your health information.
