How to get BPC-157 prescribed online
To request BPC-157 online through AnthologyRX, choose a plan and complete a health assessment. A licensed clinician reviews your history and decides whether treatment is appropriate. Here is how to prepare, what the plans cost and how pharmacy fulfillment works.
What are the steps to request BPC-157 online?
- Explore your options. Review the injectable and oral plans, including price, billing cadence and important safety information.
- Complete your health assessment. Share your goals, medical history, medications and allergies so the clinician has the information needed for a decision.
- Receive clinician review. The clinician may prescribe, ask follow-up questions or recommend a different approach.
- Follow your care instructions. If prescribed and available for dispensing, the medication is prepared by a licensed US pharmacy and shipped with directions specific to your prescription.
What should you have ready for the assessment?
Allow about 10 minutes and have your medication and allergy lists ready. Explain what you hope to address in your own words, including how long it has been a concern and any care you already receive. Relevant medical conditions, prior reactions, pregnancy or breastfeeding are useful details for your clinician. Eligibility also depends on your state.
You will create an account with contact details so your care team can reach you. Complete the health questions accurately and respond to any follow-up requests. The privacy policy explains how information is handled.
Who decides whether BPC-157 is appropriate?
A licensed clinician reviews your assessment and makes the prescribing decision. On AnthologyRX, clinical care is provided by independent licensed clinicians affiliated with Arora Health & Aesthetics, LLC. Reviews are typically completed within 24 business hours, although follow-up questions can add time. You can discuss your goals, the evidence, potential risks and other options with your clinician.
Can checkout happen before clinician approval?
Yes. Checkout and clinical review are separate steps. Providing payment details does not issue a prescription or guarantee treatment. At AnthologyRX, if you choose not to proceed with treatment, you will not be charged, even after your clinical consultation. Review the displayed charges and refund terms, then complete the assessment required for the clinician's decision.
How does pharmacy fulfillment work?
When a prescription can be filled, a licensed US compounding pharmacy prepares the medication and supplies its prescription directions. The current listed pharmacy associations for the two BPC-157 formulations are shown below. Your clinician and pharmacy are also the contacts for questions about your prescribed preparation, use and storage.

Availability depends on your prescription and location. A catalog association is not confirmation that a pharmacy can fill every prescription in every state. Confirm pharmacy details with support before you begin.
California availability needs confirmation. The California Board of Pharmacy issued a cease-and-desist order for this pharmacy on May 18, 2026 concerning dispensing into California without the required licenses. We have not verified a later resolution or an alternative California dispensing arrangement. If you live in California, contact support before starting an assessment for a treatment listed with Greenwich Rx. Read the licensing details.
You can also use FDA's state pharmacy board directory to find the relevant license lookup.
AnthologyRX has verified our compounding partners’ quality programs, including identity and potency testing, batch documentation, independent testing and sterile-product controls for injectables. See what those safeguards mean for your prescription.
How much does an online BPC-157 plan cost?
The standard BPC-157 price is $199 billed monthly, or $537 paid up front every three months ($179 per month equivalent; a three-month commitment). These are recurring prices before any eligible first-order discount. A first-order offer reduces that order only; renewal uses the standard price for the chosen plan. A monthly equivalent is not a monthly charge.

If you choose not to proceed with treatment, you will not be charged, even after your clinical consultation. If treatment is not approved, you will not be charged. Read the refund policy. Does a prescription mean BPC-157 is FDA-approved?
No. BPC-157 is not FDA-approved, and compounded medications do not undergo FDA approval. A prescription and a pharmacy license also do not, by themselves, establish that a particular substance or preparation meets all compounding requirements. FDA addresses those requirements separately through its compounding framework. The July 2026 advisory committee review is part of that process, not a drug approval.
Human evidence for BPC-157 remains limited. FDA identifies potential immune-response and peptide-quality concerns, which are useful topics for your clinician discussion. Our safety guide explains the evidence in more detail.

- Pharmacy: Which licensed pharmacy dispenses the prescription, and how can you contact it?
- Plan details: What is included, when does billing renew, and what happens if treatment is not prescribed?
- Format: Read the oral and injectable comparison and discuss suitability with your clinician.
