GLP-1 Cost per Month: Semaglutide & Tirzepatide

At AnthologyRX, compounded semaglutide injections cost $149 billed monthly and compounded tirzepatide injections cost $199 billed monthly. Quarterly plans offer a lower monthly equivalent when you pay for three months up front.

The number to compare is the full recurring cost.

At AnthologyRX, the advertised plan price includes clinical review, prescribed medication, pharmacy fulfillment, shipping and care-team messaging. There is no separate membership fee on top of these prices. The plans below are compounded preparations; your clinician evaluates whether one meets your individual medical needs.

Semaglutide and tirzepatide: monthly vs. quarterly prices

These are standard recurring prices, before any first-order promotion. Compare the full amount due and the renewal cost. The semaglutide vs. tirzepatide comparison explains the evidence and treatment differences.

Plan beyond the first month.

Compare the standard cost over three, six or twelve months. These totals assume continuous treatment at the current price and exclude one-time promotions.

A quarterly plan is paid up front and has a three-month commitment. A billing interval is not a dosing schedule. Your prescription and pharmacy label determine how to take the medication.

What does “per month equivalent” mean?

It is the quarterly payment divided by three, not the amount charged each month. You pay the full quarterly amount at the start of each three-month billing period. The monthly plan charges once per month. Compare both the saving and the up-front payment when choosing a billing option.

Does the price increase with the dose?

For standard semaglutide and tirzepatide injections, the plan price stays the same across the dose stages we currently offer. The dissolving tablets and lower-dose B12 injections have their own listed plans; confirm the prescribed strength, quantity and price before starting or changing treatment. Changing to a different product or formulation can change the price. A fixed price does not mean automatic dose increases, and a larger package does not mean a larger dose. Your clinician directs treatment.

How do first-order discounts affect the total?

An eligible first-order discount reduces that order only. The next billing period renews at the standard price. If an offer applies to an up-front quarterly order, its first-order discount applies to that quarterly charge according to the offer’s terms. Confirm the code, deadline and final amount at checkout; the calculator uses standard prices rather than assuming a promotion.

What happens if treatment is not prescribed?

If you choose not to proceed with treatment, you will not be charged, even after your clinical consultation. If treatment is not approved, you will not be charged. Read the consultation and cancellation policy for the full policy.

Can I cancel a quarterly plan?

You can cancel future renewal, but cancellation does not refund the current billing period or remove the three-month commitment. Medication orders are generally non-refundable after the prescription is transmitted to the pharmacy. Review the subscription terms and refund policy before paying.

How should I compare another provider’s offer?

  • Use the same time period. Compare three or six months of care, not one provider’s introduction against another’s renewal.
  • Add every required fee. Include membership, clinician visits, medication, shipping and any separately required services.
  • Check dose and formulation. A starting-dose offer, a compounded dissolving tablet and an FDA-approved injection are different propositions.
  • Read the commitment. A lower monthly equivalent may require several months paid in advance.
  • Compare support. Insurance navigation, dietitian visits and scheduled video consultations are distinct services. Check what each plan actually includes.

Price cannot establish clinical equivalence. Compounded medications do not undergo FDA premarket review, and a low price alone is not a reason to use one instead of an appropriate approved medicine. FDA explains the role of compounding. Our provider comparison guide separates pricing from the care and preparation being offered.
